The Bear Rug is the national relic of WHAAAT!?.
According to the Republic's history, WHAT returned from the mountains on November 7, defeated the BEAR, retook the Republic, and took a bear rug as a trophy.
The Constitution directs that the rug be displayed in the Hall of Leadership as a reminder of jealousy, perseverance, and the Restoration.
