The Right of Retaking is a constitutional right recognized by Article V of the Constitution of WHAAAT!?.
It acknowledges the Republic's history of revolutions, uprisings, and factional civil wars and provides a limited right to challenge and remove a leader who has become unfit, tyrannical, or bear-like in temperament.
A Retaking must be supported by a demonstrable body of citizen grievance rather than personal jealousy alone and should be concluded without unnecessary loss of life.
