Capture the Briefcase

Capture the Briefcase is a WHAAAT!? activity associated with the Republic's game and bureaucracy culture.

Participation is tied to Form 03, the Request to Capture the Briefcase Form. Under the Republic's administrative traditions, applicants must provide a reason for wanting to capture the briefcase and indicate whether they have done so before.

The request may be approved, denied, or held under review for an estimated 3–5 Harvest Cycles.
